4 Storage

Cyltronic stores personal data as follows:

Insofar as no express storage period is specified at the time of collection, the personal data will be deleted insofar as it is no longer necessary to fulfill the purpose of collection (see paragraph 2 above), unless legal storage obligations (e.g. commercial and tax storage obligations) preclude deletion.

5 Consent, legal basis, withdrawal and data protection rights

If this is required under applicable data protection regulations, we request your consent to process your personal data, which then forms the legal basis for processing. However, you hereby acknowledge that the legal basis for processing — depending on the circumstances and applicable data protection law — may also lie in the performance of the contract, in the implementation of contractual or pre-contractual measures or in the protection of legitimate interests, provided that the applicable data protection regulations require such a legal basis at all. You can withdraw any consent at any time, but without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that has taken place on the basis of the consent given up to the time of withdrawal. In addition, depending on the circumstances and applicable data protection law, you have in particular

  • the right to disclose or access the personal data concerned;
  • the right to correct, delete or restrict the processing of personal data;
  • the right to object to processing;
  • the right to lodge an appeal with a competent supervisory authority; and
  • the right to data transmission/portability (i.e. release of personal data in a common electronic format).

The above rights have no effect on personal data that is processed for you as part of an ongoing contractual relationship or service provision or that we must or may retain for legal reasons.

With regard to revocation, exercise of your other data protection rights and further questions, suggestions and comments on the subject of data protection, please contact the person responsible for data protection using the contact details provided above.

6 Data transmission

Cyltronic will not share your personal data with third parties unless

  • this is expressly stated differently in this privacy statement (see below in this paragraph 6);
  • this is necessary to protect your interests;
  • this is necessary to fulfill, open, manage, execute or maintain your business relationship with Cyltronic;
  • You have given your consent beforehand.

In addition, Cyltronic will appoint contract processors for hosting, maintenance, administration, storage and other services (such as backup, cloud storage, CRM, other IT services, HR services, (email) marketing services, financial services such as accounting and escrow), which will process personal data to the extent necessary to fulfill such purposes mentioned above or similar.

In this context, some of your personal data may be stored or processed outside Switzerland and the European Union (or the EEA), even in countries that do not have a comparably strict level of data protection (such as in the USA in particular). If Cyltronic therefore stores or transmits personal data outside Switzerland or the European Union (or the EEA), Cyltronic will take all reasonable steps required by applicable and applicable data protection law to ensure that your personal data is still processed securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. In this case, Cyltronic generally ensures appropriate data protection by binding standard data protection clauses, which the competent supervisory authority has approved in advance, with the recipient of the personal data in such an “uncertain” third country.

7 Data processing through use of the website

By using the website, you agree that your data will be stored and/or processed in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy.

With the help of non-mandatory cookies, we collect information about visits to the website. We also use non-mandatory cookies to improve the usability of the website, for example to adapt our offer to customer requirements and to make browsing the website as convenient as possible for you. We also use cookies to optimize our advertising. With cookies, we can present you with advertising that could be of particular interest to you based on your use of our website. Our aim is to make our website as attractive as possible for you and to present you with advertising that meets your areas of interest.

7.3.4 Web Analyse-Tools

In order to constantly improve and optimize the website, this website uses in particular Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google LLC (USA) and/or Google Ireland Limited (Ireland) (together google).

These web analysis and web optimization services provide Cyltronic with data, evaluations, statistics and graphics that provide information about the use of this website. The data about the use of this website is transferred to the server used for this purpose in the USA and/or Ireland and/or the Czech Republic.

Apart from IP addresses (which are only transmitted in full form to these services in exceptional cases), no personal data is stored in the cookies used by these services.

7.3.5 Aktivierung, Deaktivierung und Löschen von Cookies

All web browsers have the option to activate, deactivate, or delete the use of cookies by configuring the browser settings or options accordingly. If cookies are completely or partially deactivated or deleted, all functions of the website may no longer be available.

7.4 Script libraries

In order to deliver content correctly, we use script libraries and font libraries (e.g. Google web fonts) on our website. Calling a script or font library triggers a connection to the library provider. It is possible that the library operator collects data from this connection.

7.5 Google Maps

We use an interface to geospecific data from Google to visualize location-based information. Here, Google records and uses data about the use of the map function. Information about Google's use of data can be found in Google's privacy policy.

7.6 Links to other websites and social plug-ins

The website contains links to other websites. Cyltronic has no influence on whether their operators comply with the applicable data protection regulations. Cyltronic excludes any responsibility or liability for third-party websites available under the links.

Social plugins from various social network providers can be used on this website. Using these plugins, information, which may include personal data, can be used by the corresponding social networks (such as Facebook, LinkedIn or YouTube, all based in the USA). If the data subject is logged in to a social network at the same time as they visit our website, it can be assumed that personal data will be transmitted. We have no control over which data is used. Our site does not record any personal data from social plugins. The privacy policies of the relevant social networks provide information about the collection, processing and use of personal data.

It is possible that you can sign up for our company's newsletter using a form or by e-mail. To send newsletters, we will use appropriate software, which ensures compliant data protection.

You can unsubscribe from newsletters at any time. Each newsletter contains a corresponding unsubscribe link. If this link is missing, please contact the data protection officer on our website (see at the very beginning of this privacy policy). Our newsletter may contain a tracking pixel. A tracking pixel is a miniature graphic that is embedded in such emails to enable log file recording and log file analysis. As a result, a statistical evaluation of the success or failure of online marketing campaigns can be carried out. The analysis can be carried out anonymously or based on personal data.

9 Safety and liability

Cyltronic takes appropriate measures to protect personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. For this purpose, Cyltronic uses appropriate technical and organizational security measures, which are continuously improved in line with technological developments. However, Cyltronic cannot guarantee the absolute security of the data.
