The controllers integrated in the Cyltronic actuators make it possible to control an entire X-Y-Z portal via a simple PLC and a single IO-Link master — that means fewer cables and more efficiency!

The portal consists of:

- Y-axis: 2x CTL-060 linear axes with 1000 mm stroke. Depending on requirements, one of the axles can also be used passively as a pure guide. Here directly to the product.

- X-axis: 1x CTL-060 linear axis with 1000 mm stroke.

- Z-axis: 1x CTC-060 electric cylinder with guide and 300 mm stroke, also available with brake on request. Here directly to the product.

The video shows a simple point-to-point process control. The synchronous process is of course also possible — there will be another application video about this soon.
