Easy integration — The two axes can be connected directly to each other without any adapter plate and therefore offer exceptional modularity.

Precision control in real time — Target positions, force and speed can be specified via IO-Link and any movement profiles and paths can be implemented.

Intelligent feedback — By reading the actual force on the cardboard stack during the process, it is possible to automatically detect when the axis reaches the stack. This not only means precise and simple control, but it can even be used to determine how many cardboard boxes are still in the stack and, if necessary, a message can be sent to the user of the machine. Additional sensors can be completely dispensed with.

Fast and efficient — With travel speeds of up to 1.2 m/s, nothing stands in the way of a cartoning solution or a production environment with the highest cycle time requirements.
